The twin room was clean and spacious. Despite a cold water issue, maintenance was promptly addressed. The pool was a great amenity.

This hotel is conveniently located near the World Trade Centre, with several shops and restaurants in walking distance. It is also easy to reach from the airport by taxi. The rooms are clean and comfortable with prompt room service and a well-kept bathroom. Though the breakfast options were limited, the adjoining Turkish restaurant served great fresh food. In-room facilities like extra pillows add to the convenience.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The location is outstanding, with the World Trade Centre and metro station within walking distance. I loved the modern design of the rooms and the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The breakfast was a true delight, offering a variety of delicious Turkish dishes.
I had a wonderful stay and there isn't much that could be improved.

I loved that this hotel was so conveniently located near the Metro station, just 6 minutes' walk to Dubai World Trade Centre. The easy access to transportation made it easy to explore different parts of the city, including the sights around the world-renowned Dubai Mall and Golden Souk. The staff were friendly and cute, providing a personalized service that exceeded my expectations. The hotel was also clean, making me feel at home.
